Business Development Executive – Cold Calling & Online Bidding (Full time)

We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to handle cold calling and online bidding for new client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable writing proposals, and have a basic understanding of how digital services are sold online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
  • Place bids on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com
  • Write clear, customised proposals for projects
  • Follow up with leads and maintain daily records

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months experience in cold calling and/or online bidding
  • Basic knowledge of SEO — how it works and why businesses need it
  • Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
