Business Development Executive – Cold Calling & Online Bidding (Full time)
We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to handle cold calling and online bidding for new client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable writing proposals, and have a basic understanding of how digital services are sold online.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
Place bids on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com
Write clear, customised proposals for projects
Follow up with leads and maintain daily records
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months experience in cold calling and/or online bidding
Basic knowledge of SEO — how it works and why businesses need it
Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
